STEP 1: count the number of zones
Count the number of zones through which you will travel.
For example: traveling from Los Lunas to US 550/Sandoval Co.
is three zones; traveling from Los Ranchos/ Journal Center to
Downtown Albuquerque is one zone; traveling from US 550/
Sandoval Co. to Los Ranchos/Journal Center is two zones.

STEP 2: pick the type of ticket you need (types of tickets)
Do you want a one-way ticket, a day pass, or a monthly or annual pass? Are you eligible for a reduced fare?  Children under 10 ride FREE.
